Happy, how did the job interview go?

I actually don't need a new outfit. I was totally overdressed. Everyone is casual and wearing jeans. The VP was wearing jeans and sneakers (tennis shoes for some of you). So luckily I do not need a new wardrobe for a part time job. Only 16 hours a week and I can work them however i want.

Lushy it is marketing, some analysis and fixing spreadsheets and some creative testing on insert cards ( those annoying cards that fall out of magaines that bug people, they actually DO use them a LOT!!).

Here's a tip- if you buy a mag you like on the newsstand use one of those cards- check the "bill me" option, they will send you probably 4 or 5 copies before they cut you off. Then wait a little bit and do it again- except change your name a bit- like Pansy what'sherlastname or use hubby or someone's elses name. You'll never pay for a magazine again. they will send you threatening collection notices but they are BS- I do this for a living I know. There is no collection agenct they just make it look really scary. i PROMISE you. If you feel like I am being scammy ignore everything I just said. The only thing is sometimes they offer you freebies like tote bags and stuff that look cute in the pic but are being made in China and are CRAP. I have had to sell my soul and buy them. A lot of what I do is scammy but that is marketing for you. SORRY! :h

I did forget to say though and that I so grateful for this job- the hours are perfect, I have friends that work there, and I can be home for my kid every day. And my unemployment runs out next week! Crazy timing!!!
I cannot wait to work in the city again! I missed it more than i realized and today was such a beautiful day and everything seemed to work out just right for once. :-)
