Yes luckily I am not a sleepwalker, and I only give myself very bad haircuts when tanked.
So yes skip the Ambien and try the Lunesta, Ambien is supposed to be more for short term use anyway (even though everyone that works on the Today show takes it because of their crazy hours!!!). :H
