Morning Molly i'm good thanks slept a bit better last night but sinius are still a bit bad. ave to go and get passport photos done this morning which I hate lol. Those booth photos do nobody any favours. sorting out my passport today and have to finish the form get it signed stamped at Local Garda station. It expired last Febuary and i'm going to Germany in September for a few days so best get it sorted now.

Still in pain here took loads of painkillers yesterday but they made me feel really sick and only take the edge of the pain. The stretches are the only thing that works and the book that No Sugar recommended really helps.

When are you off to Assos Satz? Did you take the AB for Portugal?

Off to the Lakes in a bit and dreading it but cannot get out of it at least I only have to meet and greet

Good morning anon. I hope the pain eases a bit better for you but good you found something to take the edge off. Enjoy the weekend and relax as much as you can.
