I got a new laptop last week (?) had windows 8 and updated to 8.1 immediately. Radical jump from vista that's for sure. Didn't like it when I had it 7 years ago but got used to it and 8.1 is massively different.

Taking it slowly with it and still have all my junk still on the old one, even my Firefox stuff. Don't want to throw it out the window when I've already put my foot through the screen.

I tend to embellish to make a point (make it more interesting, like when I said I was going to eat all the ice cream left in the tub, not much was left).

Evening army. Walked up and back to my dr's sugery and got my meds from the chemist. Got a bit of exercise in (badly needed) As it 25 min there and back so walked briskly. Eating too much sweet junk lately so have to cut that down. I bought a new lappie last year and it came with windows 8 which I don't really like got had to get used to. I can download windows 8.1 for free which it asks mow and then bit i'm reluctant to do so for now. The Pharmacy across the road from my Dr's sugery had some sale price perfumes so I treated myself to Beyonc?'s night heat for 9.99 from 25.99. Nice floral kinda musky smell. Was pleased with my bargain little treat as I used up Elizabeth Arden's sun flower which I got a year ago for 9.99 in some other place. Like perfume and trying new ones out when they are on special offer. I would love a Dyson hoover but when I had to get a new one last year I got a nice compact Nilfisk which in the bottem of my hot press perfect. Thr Dysons are still a bit high in price for me but I got a good bargain with the Nilfisk. Now I need a new iron. My one packed in a few weeks ago so I have ben managing with a little travel iron some one gave me and a water spray. Need a new steam one not that I iron a lot.

Before I forget, ta for the heads up this morning, Roxxy, I was lucky to get the edit in as MWO went all weird on me.............again.

Not a lot of gossip apart from I'm working Friday afternoons instead of mornings now............much more fun going on as they're all near hysterical about the working week being over.

I'd :h a new Dyson. Ours has a wobbly wheel that keeps dropping off but until the thing blows up in Mr JC's face it won't be any time soon.

I am pure evil - but I don't care:k:.
Just checked in & got my boarding passes.
Pre-booked nice seats for me & Mr S for flight to Greece & back.
Used my own money to pay Ryan - change - for bleedin- everything -Air
This is normally where me & sis in law launch into the wine - and end up half cut at the other end.
This time we will be apart so we (I ) stay out of trouble
