nearly ?60 quid to visit the doctor, feck me, i bet theres a lot of sick people in ireland who can't afford health care
I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

4ish - what island were you on ?
We are going to Keffalonia - tiny one horse village - go every year- never been AF - or anywhere close tbh.
This is a first just as yours was ? :goodjob:

      My logic :
      Fail to plan
      Plan to fail
      & all that :H

we went to corfu, a tiny little village called arillas, i just thought taking a sleeping tablet for a 4 hour flight, might leave u quite a bit drowsy after

Na it's not sedative Pinks :
Zanex - takes the edge off anxiety - well I found it calms me and don't get agitated. I found it had a knock on effect too on others.
Maybe not great for you except on a temp basis but if it serves a purpose -I'm all for it.
I am not a believer in suffering when you don't have to & offering it up
Long term - deffo do not like drugs tbh - thats easy for me to say now - but again if needs be -you do what you have to :new:

Morning army tried posting earlier but mwo would let me post so I gave up. Off to the library this afternoon need to get some bukes to read as I finished last one. May finish cleaning my bredroom when I get back as I made a start sorting out clothes winter to be put away and any summer stuff I had on top of the wardrobe take down which wasn't a lot so may b a few new t-shirts trs etc which I have some spare cash. I have some stuff to a charity bag do bit of a clear out as well as I don't have a lot of wardrobe space. Well done Satz on tackling the problem of staying af on hols. Sounds like a quiet type of Island where the temptation is tough specially with others drinking around you. If you feel the Xanax will help on the flight take one and also antibuse for the rest of the holiday. I've been getting drinking thoughts the past 3 days not enough to cave in but there all the same so I best stick close to the site all weekend I need all the help I can get not to blow this on day 10.

Na Rox - I don't want to sleep - I just want something that will chill me for the airport & plane and another long wait in airport & plane while the others are loading up on booze.
It is a replacement for booze of sorts but hey ho
Jazus can't eat all the time either :H which was another plan :H
A temp solution to a temp problem :goodjob:

Off now to go shopping - then dentist - then Cemetery Sunday
Yes it's on a Saturday - only in Ireland ( bogland Ireland - Mr S la la land)

This is a quaint blessing of the graves including Mass :egad:
Then if last year is anything to go by - off to the pub for the night ....... I'll be driving - but ye know- they can just 'eff off - I'll call the shots.
The feckin' things I do FFS!!! - the lure of food is there for me though ...

Mr S went for a pint for an hour last night at 7pm - heard him at 12.30

Just painting a picture of my life folks
                        Sometimes I even blame myself - why ? I dunno ?
Maybe 'cos I have my little routine in the evening that keeps me 'safe' - we don't have a lot in common now I don't go out as much I suppose.

                              :hallo: again

Butternuts roasted. Lamb stew in the oven and Anzac biscuits in tin. That's enough for today. Sitting on patio enjoying some winter sunshine before the next cold front rolls in tomorrow.

Mrs. T snoring away happily, cubs allegedly studying for exams. Suburbia is quite enjoyable today.
