sweets, from your post last night, I do miss having someone around to talk to, those intimate moments between the two of you. but more than that, I talk to no one for days.

dog gets it all. he listens as well, hoping for the word banana, kong, dinner or walk in all the chatter.

I hope mrs t is recovering well tips.

Late shift for me today but have a few messages to do before I go in so heading off soon. Looks like it's gonna be another scorcher of a day- grateful for the air-con in the hosp.

Molls- sorry to hear of your woes, especially with hubs:l That cant be easy at all, hope yis come to a resolution sooner rather than later xx Suppose it goes to show what one might perceive to be the thing we want or need may not be the perfect answer. I dunno

Rox- just thinking.... would you ever run-into folk whilst out walking the dog? Know of people who have made friends and more with other doggie folk, simply through the activity of being out walking with them.

Thinking of MrsT- hope the op goes as smoothly for her as possible xx

I live in the village of the damned sweets. I have met a few friendly people but mostly just walk through tumbleweed.

doesn't help that there is a dog owner that has been harassing one walker in particular and is avoided where possible by most others. polite nods (damn English reserve) while he tells them his knowledge. he is the oracle. I have started to ignore as its the only way but it is riling him. police are involved.

It was just lovely..........absolutely lovely. Weather was very kind .............only really pissed down Sunday and we never needed the fire on.
Mind its nice to be back where the water comes out of the taps.
With any luck we can get up there again before the end of August.

Lovely weather and soooooooooooo light and could knit 'til at least 10.

Oh forgot to say that the hottest day on the planet (well for me anyway) was Saturday when I lost the car keys and I'd left the spare set at home..................didn't know a body could generate so much heat from running round like a headless chicken looking for them.

Luckily someone had handed them in at service counter in Asda.

My sweetpeas aint appearing at all this year- tink the seeds were past the use-by date- ah well- plenty of other blooms to keep me busy Gorra loverly climbing rose- currently in a pot but methinks it'll have to be planted in the ground soonish in order to continue thriving.. Ah I do love me garden- could happily spend days in it On that note will away and tend to pots before bed.
