    Jumping July

    Morning All.

Techie that's magnificent, had no idea there were such things in Colorado. Good to see you on your feet too.

Hope everyone is off doing lovely joyous things.

Cakes I fully admire your commitment to James. Wish I could catch it, love. I really do.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

          Wow Techie,

Spectacular! Like Bridge, I also had no idea. I always associated those sort of dwellings with Cappadocia - must now talk to Mrs. Google to find out more.

Must say, you're looking very fit and healthy. Great to see. And Viola is as lovely as ever.

              Techie,
              That is so spectacular.
I hadn't realised there was so much vegetation at the caves,
though I guess "verde" is a bit of a giveaway.
That area is on our very long and getting longer list
of places we'd like to see.
I have just emailed our sth carolina friends about Alaska next year and mentioned
we'd like (one day) to buy a camper and travel the US and Canada for about 8 months.
You and the lovely Lady V look so happy.

I will be going to Alaska next year I think. A bit far for me to call in for morning tea I guess.

Glad you deleted that one, Corri. Snarky stuff isn't good.

                  Hope you're doing ok.

Wow Techie! That looks amazing. Like Tawny I thought it looked like Cappadochia. Mr B and I are planning another trip to the US next year ......... I'm determined not to do it like we id last year (too much driving!!!) but the list of places we want to go to keeps getting longer. .......... in the mean time, I still haven't been to Paris since 1990 :upset:

I've been hopelessly useless on the exercise front over the last month, but inspired by Angel, I went to see James this morning, and had a 1km swim afterwards. Was thinking about setting myself a 365 days x 20 minutes challenge ...... 20 minutes is what it takes me to walk to work, so I'm thinking that if I can at least manage that then it might be a base that I can work off.

Tawny, I've been thinking about Nigel and your mum singing as they said goodbye. Its a great thought
Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

                            Will I do?

Sorry I've been a tad preoccupied of late - finalising all the legal guff re mum's estate; having verbal punch-ups with banks; trying to find missing pieces of jewellery etc etc etc. Bring on August I say! I'll be firing on three out of four cylinders. The fourth one will kick in on the first day of SpRiNg.

Be well, lovely Undies and Ovaries.

Hi there!! Just popping my head up to say hi too
Gorgie photos Techie, I've never seen or heard
of this place either. You really do learn something
everyday in the Undies drawer. It will be a relief
when you've finished all of that stuff Tawn. Such
winter weather here right now, garden is so overgrown
but can't get into because it keeps raining. Good excuse
to stay tucked up warm inside with the pooches. Hope
                              everyone is going well

Hello Undies, North American undies (yes Techie - that's you!!) and all ovaries and other observers
Tawny - I'm hanging out for 1 September and getting my fourth cylinder back too!

Panadol - I thought you were in WA? Every morning I listen to the radio and your temps are still up in the 30s. I'm still doing my Cert I - III to qualify for an understanding of "all things Australian", so is this what people refer to as "the big wet"?

I've been keeping my cyber-space activity to a minimum ...... this is to a large degree a need to kick my FB addiction. So I try to stay away from internet browsers. For me, a bit like avoiding wine bars :H

I had to make some people redundant today. That is the main thing that has been occupying my thoughts. I had a migraine all weekend just working up to it. And it went well ( it has been on the cards and we have prepared people for it ..... there was a bit of collective relief at it all being over finally)

Raggsy - we are still lunching tomorrow, yes?
