Wow, yeah... that's a useful site... I've bookmarked it. Thanks! X The Niacin link flashed by me and reminded me of the first time I took Niacin... I had no idea about the "flush" effect... gah! I went on to the No Flush Niacin after that... and now I can't even remember why I was taking high doses... it obviously wasn't for my memory!

Good luck with the nicotine patch nursie. My sympathies on having to spend your vacation coping with a difficult teenager. Is leaving her at home with her mother an option for next time if she doesn't want to go? It's very sad about your friend, but it doesn't sound as though she's willing to face up to her drinking problems just yet.

It's really good that your trip went so well dottie.

I think most folks would be a bit grumpy in the kind of temperatures you're having to put up with nora, I certainly would. A/C definitely sounds like a good idea!

Thanks for the advice regarding poppy's urine fenny. Hope you have a good weekend at the cabin. Does mrs fen get to go with you?

Poppy's blood work finally came back this afternoon and it's completely normal too, so I'm a bit baffled. Maybe everything's fine and she's eating less because of the summer heat or because of her age or maybe it's cancer or something else. I'll have another word with the vet, but probably the only thing I can do for now is keep a close eye on her and monitor her weight.

Sorry you're having to work so hard on your first week back mama. Pain in the bum about bri too. On a brighter note, the weekend is nearly here!

I never really understood urge surfing when my alcohol counsellor explained it to me. Got to go to the supermarket now and do the evening dog walk, but I'll have a read of your article when I get back.

I pulled my first turnip from the garden. So I am making a veggie stew/soup.Also got 1 red tomato that I will put in my salad....I did put a few other things in the soup too but my turnip is home grown..I planted some beets too so I need to figure out where in the garden I put them..my stakes are gone so I am clueless....I learn as I go..

Take a read of NoSugar's thread in General about site issues. I had NO idea a website could be hosted that cheaply until I talked to Nelz's friend. I sure as shit don't want to host and maintain one but maybe there is a tech savvy person around here that would. I'd have to say though, I've had zero site issues today and I've been on here way more than usual.
