Nora, some of my favorite scenes were between Jack Lemmon's character (Josephine) and Osgood Fielding the 3rd.!!! I loved when Josephine and Osgood went dancing and Josephine was falling for him. :H

I am pleased to report that the garden doing well. Plenty of zukes, cukes, watermelon and tomatoes on the way- plus, some pea plants survived the bunny onslaught!

The tomatoes are getting a bit of a "blush", but still not ripe. Also, I planted some hot peppers. I picked a bunch of different types to plant, and I swear, one of them was so hot it did me injury! Felt like a hornet stung me on my lip!

I parked my fennel-mobile in the weeds (and Mrs. Fen's POS), and no wires were chewed on this weekend.

I had a chuckle when I posted the "MR" Bill thing... I knew you'd get it!

Well, order has been restored at my casa. I actually had him moving out yesterday and relented when he was two hours into loading his SUV in a thunderstorm. He's repentant (as always happens) and swears it's the last time (as always happens too).

Re my safety... I don't know how to put this but I'm not easily messed with. I think there are a few ladies on this thread that are of the same ilk... we'd have made a great high school gang! hehe! I take it on board internally and that's where it hurts.

I guess that's why I don't become as concerned with it as I should... he doesn't scare me. But I've got to say, what he did to Ken is unforgivable. He has a GOUGE in his arm. I taped him up with butterfly closures and made sure it's clean Fenny... and put a tight Ace bandage on him to stop the swelling... it's actually looking good. He didn't want to go to the ER... can't say I blame him. I have a little medical training, enough to cover that.

How does it happen Fen? That's the thing I ask too. Jim was here too and he's equally perplexed. Bill is fine one minute and then he snaps... just like that. We were sitting in my kitchen, nobody was drinking, just chatting... and he snapped. He is, literally, allergic to alcohol. He'd been out and I guess he had a skinful. No idea how much, but obviously enough.

Anyway... I know I've said this before but this is TRULY the last time. And no Nora... I don't still love him... I feel sorry for him. He has nowhere else to go.

I'll go and read back better now. Sorry for all the details. I kind of need to talk to my peeps on this one though... X

Yeah, you're right. I know you are.

Well, this is THE LAST hurrah... no more. He has Jim pissed off, and Jim is my business associate and Bill's client... so I can't put a band-aid on it after this. He's a liability at this point, as cold as that sounds.

The most confusing thing about it all is that Bill would do anything for me when he's sober. He's a very amenable, nice person... till he drinks.
