      That's very sad news, dottie.

:hallo: nora, I love reading your posts too! What kind of work do you do (if that's not an overly-nosy question)?

Speaking of work, it's niner's first day at the water board isn't it? Wonder how that's going.

And I think zenners was supposed to making her last visit to the dentist today. Check in when you get a chance please, zenny.

Still sorting out my computer. Mozilla Firefox stuck a "new tab" page on my homepage, which I desperately tried to remove, without success, even following Mozilla's instructions. Rather than bow to their big brother tactics, I downloaded Chrome, which immediately launched the same sort of page on my home page. Plus, it gave me a nasty quasi-virus adware page, "mysearchdial". Finally, I ended up removing all that and going back to Internet Explorer. Still trying to add all of my bookmarks back. That sort of thing really pisses me off!

Mama, you should know better about that sexy dancing! God knows you could put an eye out with those 44 longs!

Nursie, somehow I missed your post about a possible intervention for your friend. I'm really sorry, and I hope that it works out.

I think we may have a possible explanation for mama's recent sprained boob injury, fenny.

                  Hello, BTW.

Reccy! I have to hand it to you, what amazing powers of deduction.

Mama, you should know better. Those things are hella dangerous!

Reccy, I was laughing to myself all day yesterday at your involvement in the vibrator convo. :H I couldn't help but think of how impossible it would be to "surreptitiously" pleasure one's self with a steam/coal powered vibrator.

Hiya guys! I haven't had a chance to post for a couple of days... will need to read back and I hope everyone is good.

Just back from the dentist, swollen and in pain... wahhh! It was supposed to be the last visit but he wasn't happy with one of the crowns and it's been sent back to the lab. He's a perfectionist.

Going to take pain pills, put on my PJs, grab an ice pack and have a read-back... back in a few... X

When I finally managed to log into the site, you guys and your vibrators and sexy dancing with 44 longs cracked me up! (I?d heard about the ?vibrator cure? in the old days? how bloody weird is that? Wouldn?t be so bad if you had a good looking young Doctor? but holy shit some gnarly old fat guy coming (pun intended) at you with a vibrator! EEEEK!)

Mama? You?re out of control woman! :goodjob: Hope you're continuing to have a good vaca. The pic of Brett in the beach shop was funny!

Reccy? Yes, today was supposed to be the last visit. You have a good memory. ) I?m going to play a word later? this must be the longest game evah!

Pauly? Hang in there? don?t be ashamed just dust yourself off and get back on the horse. We?ve all been there hon, you know that. Think of the positives? how much less you?re drinking than you were. Congratulate yourself for that and acknowledge the steps you?ve made. X

Liz? Hang in there too and don?t you be ashamed either. You just need to keep on keeping on. If you get all caught up in shame it will only make matters worse? I think all of us need to feel more in control and shame will not help in that regard, if you know what I mean?

Dotts? I?m sorry to hear about your friend?s dad. It will probably be good for you to fly out to be with her, I?m sure she?d appreciate the support and you?d feel good about being there for her.

Fenny? I have some weird crapola going on with the office computer too. I downloaded Bill?s Dropbox so I could access client files? it didn?t download correctly and it?s buggered everything up. The puter is now going at a snail?s pace and the hard drive is whirring. ( How are you feeling? You had a lot of stuff going on there my friend?

Kradle? I hope you have a good trip home and glad you had a good visit with Matt. I?ll have a read of your thread update later? X

Nursie? Yay! on 2 weeks off! Good luck with your friend?s intervention? hopefully she gets the help she needs. (I?ll need to Google Joani Gammill.)

                            Niner... New job update please!

:wavin: at anyone I haven't mentioned.

I couldn't log in here at all earlier... I guess the site issues are ongoing for the time being.

I have a pal coming over and I'm just about to start making dinner. My teeth have stopped throbbing PTL.

Wow really, just tried to post a very long post and the Internet goes out. It's storming here right now.

Thank you zen, your words mean a lot to me. I need to be honest with you guys when I screw up. I'm hoping it will help in my recovery. I want you guys to be proud of me!

I ran a mile and a half today. I have done so e research on anaerobic exercise, which may be more beneficial as far as burning calories. So what do do now is work out for twenty minutes I alternate walking and running as fast as I can. It hurts! But it's only twenty minutes. So far so good. Hope your tooth is better.

Off to make hubby dinner. Just want you all to know how much your love and support means to me! I can do this with your help!!! Hugs to you all!!
