        Zenny, you are the best. You are making the right choice and no matter what, you have an army of us behind you!

        Lisa was ok when I got there. Ran out of Al and was sobering up. Had a serious talk with her and she will be going to her first AA meeting tonight.
        I made sure I went without my son, and as a nurse I was prepared for the worst. I told her that too. For now she is ok. I am beyond tired.
        But I did get to make a batch of hot sauce that is out of this world!!!
        Day 1 again 11/5/19
        Goal 1: 7 days :heartbeat:
        Goal 2: 14 days :happy2:
        Goal 3: 21 days :happy2:
        11/27/19: messed up but back on track
        12/14/19: bad doozy but back on track

              Happy Monday!

              Read back a bit, Zen I'm so sorry he got physical with you. Are you ok to be alone? Fen truly added some humor to the situation. Had me laughing. Do the right thing zen, were here for you whatever you decide.

              Mama love the hair and hope you're feeling better.

              Busy weekend for me. Working on the spare room. My twin had an emotional weekend, so I was her support. My niece is giving my sister all kinds of trouble. Anyway this weekend it was a pregnancy scare.
              My sister has been to hell and back with this child. Makes me angry that she's hurting my sister so. Anyway 1st preg test came back negative and now we wait.

              Thanks for letting me vent. Happily I did not drink through this crisis. A first in a long time for sure.

                That's too bad about your niece. It seems like every family has one kid like that. Any time I ever thought about having children, imagining their teen years was enough to make my ovaries shrivel in fear!

                    Glad to hear your friend is ok nursie. It's an encouraging first step if she's prepared to go to an AA meeting.

                    Well done on not drinking, liz. It's great that you were able to be there for your sister. Not so good about your niece though. Hope the result of the first pregnancy test is confirmed.

                    Zenny, I guess it's lucky you had company when bill went off the deep end, but I'd be worried about what might happen if you happened to be alone next time. If he can injure kenny, he can obviously hurt you too. Remove yourself from the situation, go next door and call 911 if/when it happens again. Pain in the bum about your floor, can you get it fixed?

                    Fenny, I will do as you suggest with poppy's food. She's always had dry food up till now as it's better for her teeth, but I've begun to experiment with different kinds of wet food and bought her some treats. Also e-mailed the vet to ask him about cancer etc. How is your mum's kitty doing now? That sounds really positive about your garden! I so wish I had green fingers like that!

                      Morning all,
                      Off to my folks house to attempt to get some things done. If could have found a reliable contractor who wouldn't have gouged my on price I would have hired someone....It upsets me every time we go there.
                      Other than that off we go.

                          Dots - have you tried Angie's List for contractors??
                          I am sorry I missed all the "fun" yesterday
                          we chose not to go to the lake so I cleaned ALL day and then went to Nana's for dinner
                          I HATE typing on this damn phone so I tend not to log on as much at home...saving for new lappie
                          Tell Mrs. Fen to get rid of the drama, Fenny. I found out while I was gone that Bri was leaving early and falsifying her timesheet, but I am keeping in my back pocket for nowl.
                          Zen- Bill needs to go. Period. You know I love you and I would never hurt your feelings, but maybe is his ass was on the curb he would wake up.....I'm here unconditionally....
                          Lizz - that sucks about your niece. Good luck. I am SO glad I have boys and I can buy condoms:H......seriously
                          I texted Niner yesterday but have not heard back
