Nora - I absolutely love the gym when I go...so like you, I ask myself, why do I stop going?? It makes me feel so good and it fills my evenings...my favorite part is sweating it out in the sauna after a workout. Gawd I wish I could bottle THAT feeling and take a sip whenever I feel the tug of AL... :bang
Sierra is going to a Bible study tonight at some friends house and she invited me to go (they are really nice, loving people)...but guess what I immediately thought when I found out she'd be out for a while?:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:

Dottie, hang in there. How far along are you in the bathroom? Is the tile in?
I saw you wrote about sinus stuff a few days ago. I know it sounds gross, but you can pick up a nasal lavage kit at Walgreen's or CVS for pretty cheap, and it works great. I have sinus issues too, and I swear by it now.
Reccie, I hope you make it to the pool tonight. Awesome for dodging the beer last night!

I was busy cleaning the fridge out. Couldn't put it off any longer.
Re the gym filling your evenings, niner, that's one of the things I find helpful about swimming. I don't get home till gone 11pm, so there's no possibility of spending the entire evening drinking. I genuinely didn't realise that the gym could be fun though. Having said that, I used to love gym lessons when I was at school, but I think the exercises we did were rather different to what you guys would be doing.
Good going on the cabin cleaning fenny. How many visitors are you expecting? I'm another one with sinus issues, so will look into that nasal lavage thingy you suggested to dots. I come across so many useful ideas on this forum!
Hovercraft, mama? Cushioncraft?

Well done on the 5 & 7 Nursie? and I didn?t mention the 30 with one blip, well done on that too. Perfection is never going to be in MY grasp, that I know for sure? and I think you?re doing mahvelous dahlink! :l How is your pal doing by the way?
Nora? We KNOW you mean it when you send us lubbies! We ALL mean it when we back each other up with kindness? and it seems quite bitter to poke fun at that, really... especially on a support site FFS! The gym is a big thing for me? and taking my supps. I start to slip on that and it?s a red flag for sure.
Dotts? How much longer do you think till the repairs are done on your mum?s house? I can imagine it gives you some sad moments being there now.
Niner? I?m so glad you?re back and posting! I kind of thought it was the financial stress that was getting to you. And the loan denial was like a slap down when you had just done so well getting the new job, dammit. On a bright note, the new job sounds great! And bankruptcy is so common place these days, nobody blinks an eye. There are a couple of ways of filing bankruptcy, don?t know if you know that? I can have Mr Bill give you resources to read up on it (via me).
Yeah, where IS Pauly? Come out of hiding girl!
Reccy is a lot fitter than he makes out peeps! He?s slim and trim and does a load of walking, sometimes running, and swimming. You don?t fool me Mr Bear, you fit bugger!!!
How come you all have font colours?!!! I only have freakin black?
Fenny? I have the nasal irrigation kit and yes, Dotts and Reccy, it really works. The first time you use it is a HUGE shock though! :H How many folk do you have coming for the weekend? Always something ADWS. I hope they?re nice people, while you?re doing the sardine can thing.
OK, so I dragged my arse to the gym ? it was tough on the little to no sleep but I feel better for going. Now I?m going to start cooking up a batch of cat food. Breaking Bad gone wrong!
I think I?m going to the movies tonight. We went to see Lucy last night but had to leave before the end so I could get my antibiotic script. I think we're going to the "half price Tuesday" posh movie place tonight and we're going to try to sneak into Lucy to watch the end after the movie we pay to see! :ey:
I haven?t done a bit of work today and feel bad about it? the cat food will have to do! But my root canal isn?t sore! I?ve just remembered I need to take an antibiotic for that stupid thing.

Zenny - I would love any information you have on bankruptcy, and the easiest (and cheapest) way to go about it!
To answer the question I have been avoiding, no I cannot dig the AB out of the trash...I threw it in the toilet! I have a prescription refill available...now all I gotta do is place the order...
I think Mama was referring to a Segway Personal Transporter (sounds very Star-Trek-ky)...you know that thing with 2 wheels that you can "drive" on the sidewalk? Yes, I'll take one of those please. LOL:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:
