No, she had promised numerous times to keep me off her back knowing she would never pay me back. I ccj'ed her and added myself to the list. I could put a charge on her jointly owned house but again I'd be at the back of the list. Not enough asset in that house to pay what she owes to a lot of others.

Do a background check and think on it for a week before you do anything spontaneous to help someone. Good faith bit me on the bum.

Hello Molly, I was reading back yesterdays army thread and saw this...
it's lovely to see all the posts -- and Rags visiting an all.... mind you ---- if I knew what the hell they were talkin about I'd love to visit d'Undies meself.
And I thought, Geez, youse can't unnerstand us?
How about bairn, which I thought was a typo for barn, or stovies, which I thought was a cute way of saying multiple ovens, then there's skiving which I thought was an abbreviation for sky diving, but as we Undies are well read, I know what crivens means from reading Terry Pratchett.

Had DD here on Sat.
She is being shafted mightily to the tune of €60k when the house she bought with an ex is sold. It is in negative equity and he is claiming to be unemployed. ( works off the books )
I ranted & raved and she laughed and said it's like grief - you go through stages and final stage is acceptance & moving on for your own preservation is the only way.

She accepted (:yuk: I want to kneecap him) and will take the hit with more negotiations with the bank and move on with her life.

Write it off Rox !

Hard to believe its July already. That's tough about your daughter Satz but she seems to be handling it ok fair play to here as its a lot of money to pay back. Roxy I think the best thing to do is put it down to a bad experience other wise it will just eat away at you its the pits but life is tough at times. Just don't have anything more to do with her and be careful with money issues in the future. Its happened me in the past but with small amounts of money.

Roxy has your brother arrived to stay yet? Good to have company but it can wear thin after a while specially with family. The grass out back needs cutting but it already hot here so may put off for another day. Plus tree out front needs trimming and hedges out back. Blooming sick of all this garden work
