Yikes. Spent a couple of weeks with my daughter and son in Texas and my daughter bought me a new purse, so left the old one there but unfortunately left my green card in it. She was going to ship it back with some other items because I had to take a 6 seater from Boeing field. Had to hop over to Victoria to pay my rent and they won't let me back in without the green card. I have passport, etc. but it's no use.

Have to sit quiet and wait for Fed Ex man. At least the weather here is gorgeous.!!!!:H

That sounds really frustrating but maybe the Fed Ex man will be so good looking it will be worth your wait- esp. if he is in shorts!

You girls are hysterical. Lushy, I have a studio apt. here so no worries.

I am pushing my 180 days being out of the country and they flagged me during this "interview". Dang. Will have to apply for US c itizenship PDQ.

My dog is having surgery Thursday so needed to get back for that - plus watching the days!! My friends are walking tomorrow so I may join them. I'll make the best of it. Blue, what did you make with the chicken??

LOL Hilary! Sorry, I know it must of been pretty stressful. The US Customs are pretty BRUTAL now when it comes to allowing people into their country!! Victoria is beautiful (as you know, and NO..... I am not biased LOL!). The weather is finally nice, so I hope you enjoy!
