It was grand..........although there was only the 3 of us..........one cousin on hollingday, one in the US and my brother at work..................still it meant we had my Auntie all to ourselves. She was in good form.

Might sound daft but her wee dog, Minnie, has made a huge difference.

Roast beef was fantastic.

Go to a health food shop - buy the best brand - 1000mg.
Ignore the label ...
Take them to saturation point - 'till you get the runs - then you know you have enough vitamin C in your body..
Then take as per the label.
Get some vit D while you are there too !! or sit in the sun for 15 mins every day.
