This is my next new chapter --- thinkin bout it for a few days ---- yesterday I was off the smokes 3 months --- and I HAVE put on a few lbs --- that's ok - I expected that --- BUT -- my cholesterol is high - my energy is low - my self image is a bit low too --- just don't feel great about myself --- so now that the teeth have been started --- I'm really going to go the 'eat healthy' route --- I'm not going to be unforgiving of myself - will be away next week for a few days -- if I want a nice big steak or a bit of cheesecake --- so be it --- but generally -- this is (HOPEFULLY) a new regime --- writing it down here so I've some accountability ---- SO THERE!!!!!!
Have the Steak Molls and enjoy.... (cheesecake too if you must):H
You've made a lorra changes recently - don't be hard on yourself.

Tip I got from SW...........eat as much fruit as you can............I'm afraid no smoothies as the blending removes the fibre...........which is good for your digestive system.It could be worse, I could be filing.

Soup is a brill way to get lotsa veg into you - I made red cauliflower soup on Monday yum !!
It' red'cos it has chopped toms & red curry paste in it !
Simple as pie !
