Froglette you really must stop sleeping outside in that weather as part of your mindfulness practice.

Better late than never to August. Bit of a hard week here in chez Jones, but certainly not insurmountable. So few things are in the grand scheme of things.
And I've also realised that I may have handled it better over-all. Tend to be a bit of a grumble arse when I'm studying. That helps nobody. Esp Happs who cops the brunt
So I've declined all social invites today and intend to have a recombobulation day, which has been begun in true Undies style with Turkish bread avocado bacon egg roll with Jamie Oliver chilli spread.

I hereby declare that by the end of the day chez Jones and all of it's inhabitants will be straightened up and flying right.

About the thread. I am not a one to waste in excess of 5 years contributing heart and soul to anything without knowing that it is something very special indeed. We have done a lot of quite remarkable stuff here over the years-for ourselves and each other, and hopefully some peeps looking in who may or may not ever want to join in, but that's fine. As in the rest of life, things are cyclic.

I'm all for rockin' it Bridge.

Ok two things...caught up with Sunny, Leon and Adelaide and it was brilliant. Absolute joy to see the Lamp walking along the sand with Leon, holding his hand and being what I imagine he will be like as a grandpa...I'm jumping the gun here but it was a sweet peek into the future.

And the second, most devastating. My nephew was killed yesterday. I'm just sharing it here so if I'm not posting, its not for any reason other than I'm busy with life, death and grief. My family is heart broken.

So, truly, let's rock this life. You've only got one...
