Which makes a shitload of sense when you think of it

Good morning and welcome to the team dentist!
I'm happy to say that my mother did not raise me on Coca Cola out of a dinky drinky like Joe Hockey's friends...so it'll just be your annual check and scrape for me
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Can anyone give me one good reason to get out of my tracky dacks and go out into the rain and do the grocery shop when I have just downloaded a terabyte of chick lit after Nicey's recommendation (That'll get my MBA done, thanks for that)???

      Nope. Didn't think so.

Off to the letterbox. Obviously missed my royalties cheque this week for "Eat...Pray...Tracky Dacks"

But according to Christopher Pyne, women don't become dentists or lawyers .......

Because "Starve.....Pray...Tracky dacks" doesn't have the same ring to it?

Well, there are now more female graduates in Dentistry than males. And don't be sorry. I might need to tell more about myself.

                          :H

Some advice please ...... I'm going to have a 5-day weekend in the next couple of weeks to recover from the shitty work stuff and propel myself into the future. I want to relax, but I don't want to be bored. I've always wanted to go to Byron Bay ...... I can't decide whether to just go there or to do a trip that I have found on the internet that involves a car pick-up and return from/to Brisbane, that has two nights in Byron. I've got no idea of driving distances or flight costs ........ any thoughts?

Missy I adore Byron and I think it's a great option for a few days R and R, but can you provide a few more details about the two options? What does "just going there" involve? Would you drive or fly?

Well I'll introduce myself for a start ......... female, 50-something, New Zealander born and bred but came to Sydney 18 months ago for my dream job - and since then have been managing the closure of the place that I came to manage

Came across MWO many moons ago when I was really struggling and verging on suicidal ...... it has been a life saver for me. I still battle with alcohol ...... mostly sober but with relapses which really piss me off!!

The rain has stopped so Mr B and I are going to head out to salvage what we can from the rest of the day!

Fly to Brisbane, pick up car, drive around from there, take car back, fly back to Sydney

Otherwise just fly to Byron and spend the whole time there.
