Yep Nora that is how i do it too. I didnt want to do the thing at church today but I went out of a sense of obligation. Glad I did.
Renters dad called me today about the deposit so I had a chat with him...wonder if he is Pennsatucky's dad...same BS....may need to call my lawyer. Need to print all the emails I sent and received first to prove my points...what a major pain in my arse....NEVER EVER NEVER going to rent again.....bleh AND boohissssssssssss...

ONE STEP AT A TIME... AUGUST, 2014

Well, I've just been speaking in person to one of the owners of the "kitten" and I am so pleased to be able to say that there is a happy ending to the story!

It turns out that the kitten was actually a very elderly cat who had escaped from her home. She is never normally allowed out of the house because of how dangerous the road is where she lives and her owners feared she had been knocked down by a car. Apparently the reason she is so thin is because she has a bad stomach infection (causing diarrhoea) and also because she is missing some teeth, which makes it difficult for her to eat. After she escaped from my kitchen, a lady a few houses down the road from me found her and took her in. The owners put up "missing cat" posters this evening, which she immediately saw and the cat was reunited with her owners an hour or two ago. I also saw the posters and went along rather nervously to explain my role in the cat's disappearance, so I was ever so pleased to find they had her back. The guy actually said he was very grateful to me for removing her from the dangers of the road as they had feared the worst. I have also satisfied myself that she is a loved cat and she is getting the veterinary treatment she requires, so all's well that ends well!!!

That's so sweet Beloved Mr. Bear. I am a little sad as it's one week since we had to put Axl down and my old cat, Lucky seems mopey. But at least the little one isn't suffering.
Good for you Nora and Dots! I can head that way and open a can of whoop ass for you Dots. Unfortunately, I have become pretty good at that!
Off to dinner with hubs. Will have a few glasses of wine and hit the bed. We are going to the lake tomorrow and I have to be up early.
            I LOVE YOU ALL!
I love my family more than alcohol.:h

Good thing Pennsatucky had her ass chewed. Is there any rehabilitation for numbnuts like her or is the only solution the unemployment line? I guess there's another entry in the book until corporate can be convinced it's time to let the dead weight go.

                        Nights night steppers.
Now who the hell is Pennsatucky!?!
Good news re pusspuss reccie .
Hi dots,Liz,fenn ,alls, mama, sunny,Kradle,Nora, o lovely zen, and all others.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong. Weren't the steppers bagged for being all lovey doves and touchy feely a little while ago? Yet the same thing occurs elsewhere without comment? Such hypocrisy.

Another sunny day here, bit breezy but good to get washing dry!
Gonna ride and vacuum , my 2 standard tasks for Sunday .
AND i may have some work on the horizon, yay. Will keep you all posted.
                        Now, where's K9?

Good Morning everyone ! Cori - I so envy you having a horse ! I used to ride many years ago and loved it !! Where I live now it is an impossibility. I am going to leave MB to tell you who Pensatucky is ... although I am not sure where the name came from.

Dottie I am so sorry about the hassle from the renters dad - that is so wrong. I understand him wanting to help his daughter but if she was old enough to rent then she is old enough to fight her own battles - not that she has a case !!! Glad that you have kept all the e-mails and such!! Just such a hassle for you - I do not blame you for not wanting to rent again! We were so lucky - we just did twice when we were overseas and had two super tenants. Hearing the horror stories I really think we did luck out !!

Reccie - I (again) am so happy with the way the kitty story turned out - over here very few folk let their cats out which I found most odd when I first came over here but soon got used to having 'indoor' cats!

Going to have a lazy day today - maybe turn out a few cupboards. Have a good one all ...

                          Sun XX

                          P.S. Jan - take the ABX !!

Up and off to the lake. Pennsatucky is a character from the Netflix series "Orange is the New Black".
Several of us have watched it. A run on a horse sounds fabulous.
Need to wake up and get to work.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
