I had an irregular heart thingy at 4:30 this morning...didnt want to go to the ER again. I know it is stress. It finally righted itself around 8:30. I went back to sleep. I feel like shit today. I cant drag myself over to the house today...gotta pick up meds for dad and that is all I am up to....
I need to learn to meditate so I can relax. Easier said than done....
Beautiful day other than that.

I'm typing this from my laptop which is running off my smart phone hot spot while I'm sitting in the airport waiting for the flight to Philly to board. Haha... who says old farts can't do techy stuff? Reccy, ya proud of me?!

I had a read back just now... you guys are awesome, you really are. The support and camaraderie is lovely. :h

I'll check in later from Philly if I can. We have a 2 hour stop-over. I'm going to try and finagle exit aisle seats. I reckon I just had an operation and need the extra leg room on the long haul flight as my surgeon is afraid of blood clots... I need to extend my legs and wiggle my feet!!! :new: I'm sure they'll tell me to bugger off but it's worth a shot. )
