Hello all,
Just got back from the real estate office. Signed all the paperwork...bitter sweet...it will be the MLS on Monday.
Took a cool class at the library today. Tons of databases I can access from home using my library card and going through their site...holy crap I cant believe it...so I have lots of things to do. On Wednesday another class on how to access free training the same way. I need to learn the new office products I got with new laptop. They have changed so much from the 2007 version I was using.
Staying in and having leftovers.

Dots you are moving on!! Perfect thing to dive into something completely new. I remarked earlier that I discovered the accountant had sold my parents house....mom would have been so furious... Oh well. :l

Well I'm off soon to a block party hat I really don't want to go too....and I'm not sure why. I honestly like my friend who is giving it and it's the perfect excuse not to let the tens sleep over at my friends house (the one who got very hammered 2 years ago and hurt them- most of you know that story)
Anyway, I just want to drink. I don't want to go out. I feel I have nothing to offer anyone there...I don't know anyone there- it's on another block from mine. They have real jobs... I work in the virtual world and very people understand it... They all think I'm gambling like I live in Vegas..sorry Pauly . I hate this ! :upset: I want to be social. I do. I want to get out there and start building a friend base again.....but I don't ...does that make sense??

Il go though. The twins are very much friends with their daughter and I definitely want to encourage that relationship. Still I'd so much rather stay her in my nice house with my nice netflix....
High class problem least. Will check in when I get home. Wish me luck my people! :l:h

Oh Kradle - good luck! I understand completely. COMPLETELY! My therapist asked me what my plans were for today. I said maybe go on a picnic but doing nothing. I do not want to go anywhere, I do not want to deal with anything or anyone. :l Hang in there friend. :h

I just finished a book called 'Taking Flight' by Adrian R Magnusun. I don't know if I've mentioned it before. But, it's fiction about a 13 year old boy and an elderly man with Alzheimer's that meet during a flight. It was a good book. Hit really hard because of Mom's Alzheimer's. But, it helped to read it.
I just started another fiction book called 'An Absent Mind' by Eric Rill. Only about a third of the way thru it but very powerful. The chapters are based on the perspective of the characters. The man with Alzheimer's talks during one chapter, his wife during another, his daughter, doctor, etc.

Nora dad doesnt even remember the house he lived in since 1959. So sad...he looks back to the house he grew up in....hope a nice family buys the house and takes care of it....damn hard for sure.

Lav - I've always been a cat person. But, we got our Molly (maltipoo) 7 years ago and I love her to pieces. Then Abbie (chihuahua mix) 3 years ago. I just love her too. We also have 4 kitties ranging from about 4 years old to +10 years old.

Mama - are you feeling better? Physically plus mentally because of your rough day yesterday.

Zen - can't wait to hear more about your trip!! It sounds FANTASTIC!!!

Reccie - I'm sorry that you are going to have to take the car in. I couldn't tell by what I was reading if it was something you could just remove or not.
I forgot to tell you that I got a laugh at what 'pants' mean over there. :H I would have embarrassed myself. :H

Sunni - are you here today & I've missed you? Did you decide to get an iPad?

Did I already tell you all that my son's luggage was lost? He was taking only a carry on. They made him check it because it was a full flight. Suitcase didn't make it on the plane. Had his laptop, medicine, etc. in it. He hadn't planned on checking it so didn't have any way to carry that stuff with him. They are supposed to be delivering the suitcase to him tonight. It's an hour drive to the airport and he was like - no, I'm not going to come back, you can deliver it.
