Beloved mrs bear, I am sorry you are having such a bother with your boss, it must be very difficult with her being so far away. I guess when the distances involved are so great, good communication is vital and your boss doesn't seem to be up to the job. I really hope you can get things sorted out with her, it sounds as though you are being treated very unfairly.

Sunny, I totally agree with you, it is how we feel about our drinking that matters and if we are not happy about it then it makes sense to try to change things, regardless of what others think. Sorry about the AB side-effects, have you been able to speak to your doctor about them at all?

Didn't get a chance to talk to anyone about my car when I collected it, but the mechanic knew what the problem was as soon as I described it to him, so I would guess he might seen something similar before. Glad you like your Toyota. My previous car was a Nissan which I liked much better than the VW I currently drive, hence my preference for a Japanese car when the time comes.

Morning all,
It is hot already....bleh..if I get overheated I am coming home. They should have postponed this but we will show up but I am looking out for myself.
Had another "allergy" attack yesterday. It is the strangest thing. I can feel my face getting how then like little hot prickly things all over. Really weird. I took benedryl and a few other things and it finally calmed down. I didn't touch anything or do anything different..looking up an allergist.
Off to the yard sale...

Just wrote down the zucchini recipe. Took my last poopy pill and I have no yogurt at home so already feeling the effects on tummy.

Cleaning break! Done with upstairs bathrooms and bedroom. Laundry is going (yes, boo hiss!!)
now on to the kitchen and living room.
Getting rid of tons of stuff.
Simplify, minimize, organize! Makes my brain happy!
The kids are not helping much, grr. Hafta get their butts moving!

My kids are pretty good about chores, but it take a lot of fussing and usually a tank of gas!

Honestly, I have been really upset about losing contact with all of you here. So, I'm gathering e-mail addresses like crazy. :H

Went over to my husbands sisters in-laws house. Does that make sense? Anyway, it is her MIL's 92nd birthday. We took over a cake & birthday card. All her kids were there from out of town. Even one of her great grandsons was there. (I think he was about 8 years old) I was able to help with a computer problem so that was nice.

Taking it easy now. Going to pick up sonny from the airport tonight at about 9:30.

Date night with hubs. He has been so sweet as I have been so blue.
Going to our favorite theatre that serves food and we will share a bottle of wine and watch "The 100 Foot Club"???? It's about a restaurant or something. The previews look good.

Hubs is doing better...he found the 1 beer that was in the garage fridge so he had that and a snack and a nap now a shower...just too hot and we are too old for this.....
