      And I can only imagine how difficult the temptation is- Scottish Beer... Well, let's just say I had my share of pints at Uni..........

      Oh one more thing though- like you Sun I have complete confidence in RJ and her sincerity to this site. RJ I would do just about anything to help save it and us...I have no doubt that the woman who worked her ass off to build this site isn't pulling any fast one.
      I think she explained herself perfectly in her July Letter and is probably sick of people asking over and over again what she is doing. I don't mean to sound like I'm blind allegiance but I've been Here loooong time and have never felt like I was being lead astray...sorry I'm not saying this all well ... I just love this site and trust RJ is doing her best...

          Zenny, you've done very well to get those things for your mum. I really hope the lidocaine patches do the job for her. Glad you're managing to get some hiking in as well. Enjoy your girls lunch!

          Dotts, maybe you should hurry up and find yourself an allergist before your new nickname sticks! :H Your bench pressing is very impressive, BTW!

          Re the artificial sweetener, although it's nothing dramatic, I am definitely feeling better since switching to sugar in my coffee. Fortunately coffee is almost the only thing I drink or eat that has any kind of sweetener in it.

            Hallo everyone - laughed at the bank Holiday weather Reccy .... (sorry :l). My friend said their BBQ was typical English style - cooked underneath the garage door and then eaten indoors - LOL.

            Kradle - I would also like to do the AL check in - whatever that is - let me know. Last drink I had was last Wednesday.

            Have to go to work today - do not want to ....

            Another hot and steamy day here. Just walked the dogs.

            Zen - so pleased that you are getting your mum sorted and glad that the patches work so well for her. Sounds as if you are having a really good time. I am really looking forward to my trip!

              Hey all,i think the blahness is just going around,i think mine is from thinking of the past too much,also i'm bummed summer is over,i mean it's still hot but kids went back to school so yeah it's over,i just wish time would slooow down,one day feels like it just melts into the next,Happy B-day to fellow Virgo Claythese kids grow up too fast,and we stay the same age isn't that weird haha,hope everybody has a good Tuesday
              I have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:

              I'm taking care of the "tomorrow me":thumbsup:
              Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

                sun, that's exactly what it is.. I did or I dint drink whatever day we are on... Or I'm on Day 2 which I am....

                No one has to do this of course... I just have begun to feel ' dishonest ' in posting when I have had drinks that day or the he night before or whatever......I don't want to go to another thread and say " ok this is where I am...blah blah blah... I'd rather just be here, being accountable...staying the course....being righted when I go wronged....

                The I Pad sun is the IPad... The little tablet I type on.

                    Hello all,
                    Kradle I have a little sample bottle of that oil...what do I do with it????
                    Reccy thanks for the compliment on the bench press....I was a competitive power lifter a few decades ago. I want to get strength back. I love how it feels. Goal is 100 lbs. Trainer fellow is on board to help me reach that goal.
                    Nothing on the agenda of significance today. I think laundry and a look through all the darn cookbooks I have and put together a meal plan for the week. We shall see how that turns out.
                    I will be around all day..

                        Beautiful relaxing few days at the beach! CJ just left so now it's just the three of us. We are tanned and rested. Headed to ocean city for some fun on the boardwalk. Haven't read back. It if you guys post elsewhere tell me, don't go without me!!!

                          Hi everyone!

                          We have a huge conference room here that every department wants to use, except when they are trying to set up they think I am their personal assistant. They can use the room, but they do not get my services. LOL This particular group in there right now is especially needy.

                          Kradle - I love your idea about the AL check in. I really don't feel like spilling my business all over the boards right now. But I love and trust you guys so I will spill it here!

                          Liz - We aren't going anywhere!

                          Sierra is up at some friends house (with my parents)...they live right on the beach and their granddaughter lives with them, her and Sierra are like best friends, so everyone is having a blast.

                          Mama - Any 'Tucky news lately? I take it Jack is still in the Box?

                          OMG - The needy people are buggin me, I am gonna go close the door on them. LOL
