Hey guys.....I'm looking for a spot for a visit when my son has leave from Camp Lejeune the 1st of July through about the 5th.
Does anyone know of a good place.
We'll probably fly our daughter-in-love in to Wilmington NC for this.

Emerald Isle is nice....it is really the only place around there...lots of antique shops if you like to shop them too...I loved them. I visited my nephew there last summer before he went to Iraq. Do a google search for hotels...there aren't many!!!!!

I was kinda thinking of somewhere like Topsail or Surf city, Wrightville beach or something near Willimington. Our son has his truck and could drive down that way. Any info on thos areas and places to stay?

That is where we stayed...so, that is all I know about...I just did a google search and not a lot came up...BUT am I no travel agent or computer guru, so who knows if I knew what the heck I was doing. We had fun nonetheless. I hope you find something. Is he already there?
