Yeah I think fear of breaking down would be my problem ....
Not being flippant Jacks -I'd be morto.
But as I said if the darkness was that bad I would do anything .....

Must be difficult for you Molly, knowing that you'd put Joe in the position where he could see you needed help (and you probably knew deep down too) but you refused it; you now have that same feeling of helplessness? Just keep banging on (the head, as JC says) until he sees the light.

Elsie, you sound different - happier, more positive - this time round - and you know to believe us when we say it does get so much better, don't you?

Funny I start thinking about my friend in work.
He was out for weeks with depression / stress.
We had little talks and now I am convinced the drink was a major part of it.
He couldn't believe I had stopped - asked lots of questions. I sent him loads of stuff.
Now the word 'alcoholic' was not actually mentioned - but he is now AF 3 weeks is going to discuss stopping the meds.

Juicing like a mad thing too - !!!

Well we hoovered or dysoned in our case, dusted, cleaned the kit hen and I've stuck a sausage casserole in the oven.............officially tired.

And I've got a fecking sore throat.
