Morning army more rain today and it was bad yesterday too. In bed with a head cold and my throat is a bit sore. Thinking i'll be staying in bed for much of the day. Well to our Damo. I see we have an update from Rj so i'll go and take a look.

The luvverly Jenz turned up here at 1am half pissed as she'd got separated from the pal she was staying with so thought it was easier to come to us................didn't get to sleep 'til 3am.

Oh and a filling fell out of one my teeth so I'll be begging the dentist tomorrow to see me as an emergency.

Good morning all. Thanks for your kind words. Yes I am 2 months sober today and you all played a big part in this. Such genuine lovely people here.
I am off day and am sitting in a dentists with my son, as he looks forward to getting braces :-).
My body is very sore this morning after a tough marathon but my head is in a good content place.
I now believe if I can stay on here and get a few meetings in every wk , which i now enjoy , i feel there is hope I can stay sober. My wife has also been supportive.

Get well soon Foxy, hope you are feeling better soon x.

Satz , my friend , I will Pm you(rather than boring everyone) regarding meetings I attend and would gladly meet your son if he liked . I will message you later today.

I had dental phobia. I used to faint every time I went.........all down to when I was 12 and the dentist hit a nerve. Took me 40 odd years to get over it and I put a lot down to the younger dentists who tend to be a lot more understanding.
