    Roos bounce into spring :-)

A while ago I bought the Delicious Faking It cookbook.
This is so bloody quick and simple but so delicious.
Did it last night, just had to share it with you.
Crispy hebed pork cutlets: You could use chicken as well. I reckon lamb would be OK too.
    3 cups panko breadcrumbs
    75g plain flour
    iTbsp fresh thyme
    3/4 cup grated parmesan
    2 beaten eggs
    4 pork cutlets
    30 g unsalted butter (I used Devondale)
    8 sage sprigs
    lemon wedges to serve.
    Wizz panko,flour,thyme, parmesan till fine.
Dip cutlets in egg then crumb them
Heat oil, cook 2-3 min each side, then take them out.
Add the sage and butter, heat till it just foams then put the pork back and coat them with the butter.
Serve with lemon wedges. I did baked veggies as it was so cold last night.
    They were absobloodylutely delicious.

Lots of veggies left over so doing a half leg of lamb tonight, then leftovers for sandwiches for Mr Rags.

        Good idea Happs.
Though, I suppose it helps to know why things are happening.
I've done tons of googling on frozen shoulders.
Mine is doing exceptionally well, I have a lot more movement than I did 2 months ago .
I just wrote over on the army thread I want it better by just afterChristmas.
I can lift a 1kg weight almost to shoulder height!!!.

          Love panko crumbs.
Get Mr Lamp to give that recipe a crack.

Never thought of wizzing them with flour but.

You are very special Happs, despite what Mrs Google says

I was listeningto someone on Radio Breakfast this morning talking about a symposium being held at the Vatican on family life :H attendees all priests from around the world.

I remain a very casual catholic, but the reality of waking up in the morning, doing breakfast, getting them off to school (with a healthy lunch that teachers now inspect!!!), dealing with "issues", making sure they do their homework, getting them to sports or music practices and competitions and part time jobs, making meals, doing the laundry, washing their sheets, having their friends over to stay .... and at the same time trying to maintain a loving relationship and a sense of sanity and self .... and all the while keeping an eye on the main game of turning them into independent and productive adults ....... well I dont think the blokes at the Vatican have a clue :H:H

this too will pass Happy - but lots of :h in the mean time

Does this mean you put CC instead of RC in the box that asks denomination?

                        Good morninb Undies,
Just been to car repair shop.
A Toyota had an argument with the Happy Car on Tuesday evening.
The guy admitted liability but I bet his insurance company will tell him to
change his story as he hit Mr. Rags from the right as Mr Rags was slipping into a slip road.

Missy that is great news that you are likely to be head hunted
or whatever the term is now.

Happs, it's a lovely sunny morning here, so sending a sunbeam to you.

Decided I'd have a go at doing something
                          about the little kitchen courtyard.
The miniature garden idea never really worked,
so I thought of filling the space with sand so I could draw meditative
designs, but being an impatient person (Missy, that's why I'm a CB)
I think it would work about as well as the mini garden.

Did a little rough photoshopping to get an idea what it would look like if I just put pebbles over the lot.
I reckon it looks better, plus, it will provide additional sitting space.
Don't know if I'll leave the washing stone at the end or replace it with a planter with that lovely fuschia coloured cordyline.

I have a fair idea of what I'd do if someone said dress up then took me to a bowling alley and a pie van... at 4:00am??? How long were they bowling.?

                                G'day.

Nice photoshopping, Raggsy! I Like the pebbles idea - less labour-intensive.

Bridge - great piece. I have to admit, in my attempt to stay up late(r), I actually watched that shit last night. It was so bad it was good. Why TF are those girls subjecting themselves to this crap? Ugly, ugly television. However, I think I would find it incredibly funny if I frocked up to the gunnels and found myself in a bowling joint and then eat a pie. I reckon I'd like a bloke who pulled that off. I like the unexpected.
