They started working in the room above mine... bloody power tools ruining my serenity. Just got them to take $30 off my room rate so feel slightly better.

Going to shower and go down to meet my ex-next-door-neighbor for lunch. I haven't seen him in over 2 years so lots of catching up - he used to be a really good friend when he lived here. And he can fix anything, that was dead handy at the homestead!

I'll go home tomorrow morning Jan. I'm OK by the way, I just needed some "me" time. Scotland was all about Mum and taking care of her, the house and her medical issues... plus I had my two work buddies/sidekicks to take care of too. I did all the driving, trip organizing, hotel and plane tickets etc... I managed the whole thing and I was burnt out. I feel great today - if they would just STOP with the power tools above my head!!! Feckers. Least I got $30 off the room rate.

TMH - I used to have a calendar and I put stickers on for every AF day. It was a fun, helpful visual. :goodjob:
