Over five years ??) So I need to have a browse through to see what is what - then delete them again ... then try and send one - although Reccy - you did get mine the other day.....

Fennel yes they took a lot of blood, I find out results tomorrow at 3pm, discussed with my own Dr yesterday and he said to follow this Dr to a T and see if he finds me fit to fly home. If he does make sure that I get copies of all that was done and bring to him so we can address as needed... Thanks for all the kind words it really is appreciated, these meds I have a really kicking my you know what, huge headache from one of them and the other makes me drowsy.
FTAF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

Hi Dottie - glad that you are here - how are things ? It is taking everyone a while to be able to navigate the site I think ..... but we are all getting there slowly .... LOL
FT - Make sure that you are okay for travel - flying can be bad on the heart - did they give you some nitro to take with you ? Let us know what your doc says - can I ask how old you are (just roughly ..)
Hugs to all - I am off to bake !!How simple it is to see that we can only be happy now and there will never be a time when it is not now....

fennel;n2511523 wrote: Nora, Mrs. Fen told me that if I would switch my browser to Mozilla, the problem would go away. I got rid of my Mozilla Firefox a few weeks back because it forced me to have a "new page" that I had to click into first- containing all sort of obnoxious tabs. I tried getting rid of the page per Mozilla's instructions, to no avail. I ditched it and went to Internet Explorer.
I am worried about FT, too. He really should have been hospitalized, not let go.
Re MWO... I don't have the text overlap and the "last page" thingo is working well... better than before really, once you get used to it.
Sunny... I still haven't found my PMs and Subs! I see my Subscriber Button is gone... I'll maybe have to subscribe again to even SEE the forum? They screwed up with my billing... I didn't realize it but they weren't charging me... that's why I donated early, felt I owed it (no shit!). I'll leave it for a week or so till all the dust settles - would be just like it if I got charged double instead!
I'm really rusty finding my way around here but I think I'm starting to get the hang of it a little bit.
I went out for dinner with Jim for his birthday last night... a "Half Way to St. Patrick's Day" dinner at the local place (where I'm organizing his b'day party)... had a feast of corned beef and cabbage and was in bed by 9.30! Jim is Irish heritage so it was fitting for his b'day.
It's the Scottish Referendum today... they're all voting YAY or NAY as we speak. Politics have no part of this forum but I have to say, I'm hoping for a YAY! Whatever way it transpires I hope everyone can be civil and supportive of the winning team.
Right... I haven't worked out if I can multi-quote, so off to read the rest. I see some messages on the thread coming through as having been deleted and I know there's normally not that much in the way of deletion... I'm figuring it's a copy & paste while the people go back to read more posts and respond (which is what I usually do). I guess I'll test that next. It's a learning curve!

Yep, I agree zenny, Firefox is pretty good and there are a huge number of ways of tweaking it once you know how.
To find your PMs, scroll to the top of the MWO window and it should say Messages up at the very top on the right-hand side. The multi-quote function doesn't seem to be working yet, but I think it is possible to multi-quote manually.
Jim has Irish heritage? Is that why you were planning to tour Ireland originally?

Fenny? I hope it all went well with the tombstone. What a depressing thing to have to do. :l You?re sounding a bit frazzled and I can see why. Have a long, hot bath tonight. Eat junk food! Play the Fen Channel. X
Mama? that?s a pain in the rump about the classes. It was always a ?cluster? at the start of the term the place I went to for my degree, so I?m really not surprised. They?d overfill classes and you?d be left scrabbling trying to put your curriculum together ? PIA. Hope they got it sorted. Had no idea there WAS a Windows 11. These people never leave anything the same.
Reccy? I guess my mother?s idea of a heat wave may be ?slightly? different to yours! LOL What did you say to yourself in the PM you sent you?!! I?m going to see if I can figure that PM thingo out too. I played a Word earlier btw?
Sunny? now I?ve read your post, do I have an added issue as I got 500 PMs storage as a Subscriber. Gah! Are you feeling better today? :l I hope so?
What Sunny said on the LAST PAGE thing? FlyAway?s post @ 661 explains it clearly. (Thanks again FA.)
FT? I hope you?ll get clearance to travel and sorry to hear the meds are rough to take. Do keep us posted. X
Hallo Dotts! Is that YOU I just saw there?!!!
TMH? to make the font bigger click your mouse on a page on the thread, hold down the CTRL key (continuously), and forward scroll with the mouse.
Nora? How?s you today?! Is your cold any better? I played a Word with our game too. X

Yes, his surname is Murphy... bit of a give-away. I quite fancied going to Eire for myself too.
Going to heat up some soup and make a sandwich... tummy is rumbling. Will try and find everything else on the site while I eat. (There's some weird stuff in with my messages... sigh.)

Hi steppers.
I'm sorry Clay is having a rough time Mama - I hope it all gets sorted out.
I saw some of you are having trouble with the setting that reverses the order your posts show up.
Try this:Find your user settings by clicking on your name on the top right of the screen. Then do this:User Settings -> Account tab-> Display Mode -> Latest Activity (instead of posts).
Hope that helps!
