Nursie, I hope the lump you found isn't anything serious and sorry you've been having a terrible time with your stepdaughter. Thanks again for providing us with somewhere to go while MWO is unavailable.

IFT, I don't much like the sound of how your girlfriend is behaving, but if this is how she is then it's much better that you find out now rather than later.

It would be brilliant if you could give the German Shepherd a home, they are such beautiful creatures. A dog of that size is a serious commitment though, so I hope you will think it through carefully first.

In answer to your question about my mum, she is 80 years old and lives an hour and a half away. Thanks for the ginger tea suggestion. I'm pleased to report that my cold is quite a lot better today.

Zenny, did you get your toes done? What colour are they? I hope you're enjoying having the place to yourself. Most of the time I love living alone and wouldn't have it any other way, but it is possible to have too much of a good thing sometimes.

This will probably be my last post here until the big downgrade is finished. Sun, I hope you got your tech issues sorted out. I know how frustrating it can be!

FT, I am sorry about gf. As Reccie says, it's best to know now than later. She sounds like a selfish brat.

Mama, those boys are old enough to be on their own- if they can't be respectful with you, invite them to leave. I bet they'll learn manners right quick!

Reccie, we just made hotel reservations for the night we will be homeless. Or, the night Mrs. Fen's cat and I will be homeless. :H

I collected a bunch of walnuts at the cabin and I am letting them sit for a couple of weeks before collecting the meats out of them. It's a lot of work, but I can't resist when they're all over the place. Mrs. Fen thinks I'm amish.

I'm glad you arrived safe and sound Nora, XXX I hope you're having a good time with mom. I'm a bit envious! I'd love to be at home with mine right this minute.

As we can see... freakin' awake in the wee small hours. I'll put my head on the pillow and hope for the best after I've posted.

My two cats had an "altercation" earlier. First time that's ever happened. Dougie bit Hamish on the arse and Hamish was just being exuberant from what I saw, not being a pest, just being a youngster. I totally stayed out of it. His wee feelings were hurt though and he's in hiding.. I'll see how they behave tomorrow. Men! (Apologies Reccy and IFT!)

Anyway... later my dears... will probably see you next on t'other site. Getting dizzy with all the moving around...
