Hi All, hope everyone is doing well. Ran a 10K in some hot and humid weather this morning. Really enjoyed the race and it was for a good cause.

Just in from being a secret shopper for a property we are looking to purchase. But I can't my darn pictures in email to save as jpeg files. Stupid Windows 8. I'll have to call IT on Monday.
Good for all you out running and jogging. I am sitting on my ass at the moment.
K9 and I texted this morning and she is not in a good place. I don't think she will mind me saying that.
she is picking up her AB today and promises to take it:h

Ahhh Sunny... :l:l:l We're both in the same mood today... I'm so homesick... close to tears all day. I have other good pictures... being on an island we're surrounded by sea... I'll post them for you but only if it doesn't get you even more homesick yourself.

I just got off the phone to my mum and I want to be back there. I'll need to put my big girls pants on. I haven't slept more that 4 hours a night since I've been back and that hasn't helped anything. The laundry is done and the house is clean now and I'm on top of work... maybe I'll sleep tonight.

Anyway, I'm going to the local joint beside my house a bit later for dinner with Jim... they have a lobster deal tonight... $21.99 for two tails... same price for a fillet mignon or NY Strip and a tail. I have to go over some business, and that will be one more thing ticked off. I think Monday is going to be a busy day.

Reccy... I'm not sure what's on the cards for tomorrow but I think I'll have time. I should be out in the yard as it's a mess but it's rained since I got back so if it's crappy weather I'll be about.

TMH... I used to play golf. I still have my clubs (Callaways, and they're probably old fashoned now!) and I'm thinking about getting back into it. What do you go round in?

Pauly... Jack has a HUGE attitude! Well spotted! He doesn't put up with any shit! (Yes, that was mum...) )

Dotts... how can you not see me... not sure what you mean? My pics?

Alls... awesome on the 10K!!! You and Dotts are motivating me! Back to the gym I go, Monday at the latest.

Hey Dottie!

Yes, did the Zero Prostate 10K for the first time and loved the race! Great turnout don't you think? It would have been great if the cooler temps we had this afternoon showed up this morning but that's the way it goes.

K9 has always been a great support here. We all go through some tough stuff and most of us are not shy about sharing. Please let us help you if we can K9!

I hope the lobster is good Zen,sometimes those deals are too good to be true,we went out for 9 dollar T-bones at one of the casinos,yuck! super dry and tough,let us know how it went,and have fun
