Good you are back Scottishman, doesn't matter, don't look back. Look forward, every day sober is a step in the right direction. We have all been there and what matters is you recognize what happens to you when you drink. So, do your best to fix it and it is okay if it takes a while to get it 100% correct, just keep trying. We are routing for ya!

12 days, nearly two weeks, almost half a month. It adds up quickly, you can keep doing this.My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.Comment
