I am just so bloody glad that you came back.
    Good decision.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Reggie said it best, and I have a new music favorite in that you tube. Fionn is a wonderful lyricist and that song really spoke to me.

Holding you close in thought, KTAB. The great news is that there is a way out of this hell! You don't have to experience these things any more! Make a choice and stand by it no matter what. If I can help in any way, reach out! We will be right by your side!! Hugs dear man....Byrdie

KTAB only you will know when you've had enough, but you have a lot of support here and have also a lot to give in support.

                          Give and receive.
I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

                            'Wake up' call?

                            Hello KT,
I only just logged on and saw your post.
I had wondered what had happened to you as you've been off air for a while.

You've been such a good friend and support to many people here.
As Reggie says, you are such a lovely, gentle soul.

I know you have the strength and resolve to turn it on it's head
and be back on the path.

So lovely that you are back.
If there's any way I can help you from 12,00 miles away,
                            I will.
                            Take care my friend,
                            Raggsy.
