                  Hi, all. Here I am back once again to discuss matters of technology rather than sobriety. This has been a challenging upgrade, and we still have important work to do to fix the myriad problems we've run into. Here's the short and then, long version.

                  SHORT

                  1) This software sucks
                  2) I'm sorry we didn't know then what we know now
                  3) The best solution is to 'downgrade' to an the earlier version of vBulletin, which will be light years ahead of this vaporware
                  4) It will mean one week of down time, starting next Monday
                  5) You will need to update your password
