                      Robin day 1 is the best                       day because it's the first step to a whole new life. You can sit and think about how you should quit and how you've screwed things up or are hurting your health, but until you decide that this is Day 1, all those thoughts do nothing. The best thing you can do now is to keep posting, whether you screw up or not. Please don't get lost with the forum closing for a few days.
