Morning Undies! and hi Nursie. I did see you had an invasive ductal carcinoma. Me too, not a club you want to belong to but one that's got a lot of members. I was really interested to read that you'd already done the genetic testing. Would love to discuss further if you'd like to pm? My surgery - lumpectomy - was back in April and treatment started early May. Long haul but necessary. I want to live so I can pay back my kids by being a bitch to them in my old age. Cannot wait!

It is an absolutely gorgi day here Undies. Can't believe how light it is in the morning now - non daylight savings remember? Getting used to the new site now too. I see Sunny GG is posting in Canucks too. Hopefully people get in and have a go.

Wow! What a great day here. I found some unexpected time and made the most of it....thoroughly relaxed now.
I want to share my new favourite night time tipple folks, if you'll indulge me:
Into a tall water jug
Slop sugar free cranberry juice (about a cup)
Top up with half sugar free lemonade and half soda water
Throw in some lemon and blood orange slices and a few mint leaves
Stir and sit on it all night.

Can't believe how much better my skin is among other things.
Thought I'd just include it here as I'm always after some new options.
