About time I supplied the snacks.
We're keeping it healthy because I noticed a little rounding out in the avatars lately.
So I whipped up some roasted beetroot dip with fetta, oven baked some Turkish bread squares, chopped up some crudité and tropical fruits just in season. There is a low fat honey dip to go with that.
If I come to the kitchen in the morning and see dishes on the sink you better start running.

Had a noice longish chat with my eldest nephew on facebook tonight. Feels good to reconnect with family. I've been so preoccupied with my on it off it grog status for the last couple of years. And here i am being an 'awesome' dude with my mental health/music related web project, when the man behind it (me) can be there for others, but not for his own family. I don't want to be that sort of man. So a little step forward.

Enough about me. Hope all are as good as can be. Best wishes to you Happs and hope all's well there Frog.
