Need some faking it this morning: this ridiculous winter weather is getting me down. I want summer, I want heat - real heat - not what passes for heat here. It's cold and grey outside and I really really really would like to go back to bed.

We are its a bugger .......but we do benefit from very long light evenings in the Summer.

Are Smart meetings the same as AA with no steps or religion?

More or less the same but for all addictions...alcohol, pills, heroin etc..............more looking forward and individual based relapse prevention ( good grief I'm speaking the lingo)

There's now one everyday of the week up here...........we have the Friday one at volunteery place........and yes and no about looking forward to it........have to do it as part of the NVQ (boo hiss) and really curious to know what goes on.
