    BB, i'm just feeling sorry for myself, annnoyed, whatever. its what we/i do when i mess up.
    this whole site is an inspiration and i have realised that it is ok to 'slip' so long as you dont give up trying.

    this thread helps to show everyone that we are all out there and no-one need be alone in this stuggle. some people post some dont, but i encourage people to do so. you can always stop if you dont like it ! no harm done

                      Hi all.
                      I've only ever posted 2 or 3 posts before but have been coming here for months and reading. I come on at least once a day and read all the new posts.
                      I'm currently on day 12 AF but have had the migraine from hell for the past 6 days. It's helped curb the alcohol craving but the pain has been dreadful. It's just starting to ease off a bit now thank god!
                      Anyway, just wanted to say hi to you all
