That post from yesterday didn't sound anything like an "outburst" to me. It just sounded like you understand the space I've been in MANY MANY times before...

Ya wanna stop. Ya promise yourself you're gonna stop. But ya CAN'T stop! The frustration can make ya crazy, huh?

The GOOD news is, lj, that you haven't just thrown your hands up in total surrender... (i think i have just accepted that i will always be a drinker but it is a constant struggle to keep it under control. I look forward to the day when i am strong enough to do it and leave a post saying "i've done it!" )
