Thinking of going back to aqua fit classes at least one evening and and a morning class. There is always AA meetings in the evenings. I get a bit lazy once I get on the sofa.

A Newt is a cross between Salamander and Lizard - they're fun little creatures that sadly can die easily if not fully taken care of - temperature, water changes, proper food, and sadly they have huge amounts of depression - so make sure you play with it often, or consider getting it a mate - they can literally starve themselves to death with depression. If your's falls into that space, when you hold it - if you tap it lightly on the mouth, it will eventually open its mouth, so you can stick a fly or bug type into its mouth.
