Fine Jc not a bit sore and over quickly. I don't get any side effects from it. tired after being in the city all afternoon. It was busy and it was quite warm.

Forgot to say dropped my phone when I nipped out to the shops from work...............luckily when I rang the phone it was answered by a lovely lady from round the corner at work...........who also 2 dogs and a new kitten..........Mr JC wondered where the feck I'd got to...........I yakked that long on her doorstep.
