the only thing that happened on social media was the picture of the gravestone. all the rest was done on paper or phone. dont know why i wanted to point that out, but i did.

Morning Molly and all to come. The weather has been very mild the last few days so I haven't gotten in to winter clothes quite yet. At least you can have a hot shower while things get sorted but your insurance should cover most of it surely? I know its a hassle going through but hopefully will get done soon. I'm going in to the water tax protest for 2pm and joining up with some folks for the march. First coffee and now a 2nd.

Morning all
Bit of the glums again today. Just can't seem to get enthusiastic about anything ...... trying ..... but tired all the time.
Thinking back to last week and the day I felt best: the day I exercised : so that is probably what I should do.
Just can't drum up the energy even for a walk.....
I know I need a kick up the arse ..... I have a charmed life.
Saw an ad on telly (for life assurance I think ) and it's been proven people in my age bracket are at life's happiest.
'Course they looked retired and waltzing around -swimming etc - as others joined the rat race.

I need to retire ???? Find a simple / helping /talking to real PEOPLE job.. Where I'll make a difference even a small one.

Scurries off to find a self-help book !!

I'd deffo have gone into the march today if I wasn't working --- loads of people I work with on the other shift are going --- hope it makes the government wake up to the plight of the squeezed middle......
The insurance isn't going to be worth a damn really -- there's a big excess on our policy cos we got the cheapest possible --- and they don't cover the roof --- Joe is MrHonesty so he wouldn't get an inflated quote for the ceiling and carpet -- so it's cheaper to just cough up or just not get them done at all ;-) bit of white paint when it dries and it'll be grand I reckon!
Must go and have a shower now --- I hear Walter home so he sure as hell ain't getting MY hot water!!! back in a bit....

Tell me again why we're marching Molls / Foxy ?:headscratch:

all comes down to money imo Benjy -- if we're strapped for money then we are stuck in our jobs ----- if you can live on minimum wage and 3 day weeks ---- the libraries are taking on temporary people --- just saying ;-)

I don't need much money to be honest - prefer to be happy...
Ok have made a decision. Would love that 3 days minimum wage.
Where do I start to apply for the library position?
I get a monthly pension if I go & MAYBE a buy-out if I ask
Just sent email I drafted months ago to the powers that be - it's done !
