I'm OK but ordered to have a compulsory Pink Dress Week. My minder who is very strict and knows me well has hidden my Blunnies. ***sob***

Yep, i'll be diving into the sea soon. Very windy here, so there are bound to be a few delightful critters out there blown off course waiting to greet me.
I remember my recent 2.5 yr sobriety run. I became complacent and stopped growing (whatever growing means to us). I was sooo busy that i took my eye of the game and the prize that i had. I had stopped self reflection and self care/maintenance. For me now, i see some sort of self care/maintenance is something i benefit greatly from doing every morning, even if it's just a head check to see if me boofhead is screwed on properly for the day. It is easy with time to forget why we stopped drinking. Glad to know you survived and are still with us Noicey!
Wishing you a cruisey day Happs.

Hi there, G-man!
Happs, those photos are gorgeous. I saw a nature show recently about Ayer's rock...as beautiful as it is in daylight, the star gazing was out of this world! I will definitely be visiting it.
I am an avid hiker, so many of those destinations will be on my list.
As for the art...I reckon it's like the Native American art here...some of it is authentic, most of it comes from China.

Noicey. Remember this top post?
Hi :) It seems like it is fairly easy to find posts about getting free of alcohol and how to keep it going. But I'm wondering about what happens that leads to relapse. I see people coming to MWO after fairly to very long periods of sobriety but I don't know their back stories and don't really know where to find them in the MWO
Fennel, cool plan re hiking, though not on Ayers rock. The Rock changes colour, as does the desert sky as the sun goes down. You'll love it.

I have not made my 10,000 steps on my Fitbit once this month :-(Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn
