I'm consistantly missing my 10,000 steps by 200 - 300 steps. It is partly because my back and hips hurt when I stand/walk .... but it is one of those things where the more I walk the better it is going to be. So I'm trying to be more vigilangt about doing my back stretches and exercises in the belief that t will get better over time.

Yay for the last blood test!!

Happy - I'm enrolled for a yoga class that starts tomorrow evening!! I've been trying to be disciplined about doing my sun salutations in the morning, but I usually roll over and have another 15 moniutes in bed uinstead!! Anyway, I've enrolled for a complete beginners class, that has the firstthree sessions focussing on breathing ...... the physiotherapy classes are also doing a lot about breathing properly too and I think I'm making some glacial progress!!

I was buying some John Dory fillets (imported from NZ) during the running of the cup.

Tawny I was thinking about Gough this morning when I realised it was his mem day event.

I was thinking this..... Marg and him had a beaut love story, and to see them together was a real treat. Such respect and regard and you could tell they knew how to 'be' together. He always said he married her because she was his equal and admired that in her. I reckon she had a lot to do with the wonderful things he did for women...... Behind every good man blah blah blah.

I was also thinking about Gabbi Grecko or whatever her name is. You know Geoff Eddledick, or whatever his name is - too and also. So, a radio station here had her 'on' this morning, quizzing her about her love for Ge-off. She didn't even know his birthday, how long they had been together, why she wants to marry him...... She sounded like a real twit. Kept going on about her pear shaped diamond......that was about it. Truly, why do the media do this sort of stuff to people who are clearly not able to know the deep shite they are in. Why doesn't someone take her home and look after her?????? :sad:
