Mmm...I've put my head out the door and not felt anything but a fog of hot air....the tv is taken over by locusts, just about to prise them off and look at some news...one things about Sydney, the southerly coming through would always lift shit days like this...Brisbane just doesn't have it. I'm thinking I want to end my days on the coast...not that I'm turning up my toes anytime soon...but you know what I mean?

Yep, busy and impordant trying to get all my ducks in a row before my rip, snip, scrape and overlock event on Wednesday because, I am told, apparently I'll feel like shit for a while thereafter. What's not to look forward to???

Ummm ... I also have major travel dreams. In fact they're the only dreams I actually recall. I'm usually in unfamiliar places with unknown people but it's never threatening or uncomfortable, just strange. Unknown.

And, after our trolley discussion, I was thinking about Tea Ladies when we still had the tea trolley come around in the workplace. I seem to recall that all stopped when some dumb arse invented the evil Cafe Bar Dispensing Machine. Tea ladies were always kind and gentle and addressed as Mrs. Uren or Mrs. Harper ... they were always of ample bosom and old. Like really old. I reckon they were all over 40. I think I said goodbye to the last lovely tea lady in 1976 ...

Froglette, I think there is nothing like being told how you will feel. It sets the mood, non? I still like the nerdy-ner of saying I'm not complying with the general consensus of opinion though...if you know what I mean...its like putting up your middle finger to 'em all. I knew I had the 19th in my head for you and for Sunny, flying back to the folks for a bit. Two very different adventures.

Yes! Have fruit soaking in a squidgeon of brandy, plus orange juice plus Russian Caravan tea. Have all other ingredients assembled. Cake bake day is Sunday :happy2:

Am also going to do a high tea for a bit of a family get together prior to Xmas :-) cucumber sandwiches,smoked salmon and cream cheese wraps, scones, chocolate meringues with berries and salted caramel sauce ...... anything else I have missed out?
