I completely understand where you're coming from and I hope my recent slip ups haven't caused you to feel uncomfortable. I just know I can be honest here.

Fenny - Sierra's dad said she could take the Chi with her, but we are talking about taking her into a house with a 4 year old, 2 adults, a 70 year old that is prone to strokes and falling over, and 2 huge labrator retrievers. I think the Chi will feel a lot less stressed with me! LOL She's actually been pretty nice (dare I even say "loving") towards me.

Oh, gosh...I have to say, I agree with you where the chi is concerned, Niner. I had no idea there was so much age/ability diversity in Sierra's dad's home. That would be a lot for the little critter to deal with! Sierra will come to visit her, but I predict you will become her favorite person.

My new company got their Aviation approval today and first plane has been certified on our certificate... Gotta love birth of a new airline when you can and I love that I have a female boss (yes I do) and so far we are able to work together and I accept her for who she is and she accepts me for who I am, and we are able to discuss and hash out issues and move on.... If this is a dream "DO NOT WAKE ME UP"

Hello all....I feel like I have driven Pauly & Reccie away. I am so sorry. I have been so self absorbed. It is so hard to get on here at work and then when I get home, I'm crashing early every night. I am going to try, try, try to be more active here.

Pauly - I do hear what you are saying. Please know that you are loved and welcomed here. But, I understand that you don't want to hear about slips or having a few at this point in your life.

Just got home from the dentist. Yuck! I hate going to the dentist. At least, he isn't pushing for the root canal and crown for my front tooth anymore. He does 'suggest' a root canal and internal bleaching. No thank you. Everything is going ok now. I'll just stick with the way things are.

It's such a strange time of year. I feel like I get home and it's time for bed. I do NOT like this time change. Anyway, my fitbit has been acting up. If I can't get it going then I'm going to return it. It registered zero steps again today and I walked a lot. Frustrating. Hoping to hit the gym tomorrow. I need that sense of self accomplishment.

Sunny, I'm sure your hubby would love a snow blower. It would certainly make his life easier, plus it makes noise. Guys like that kind of stuff. Sadly ours is prepped for the season.

Nora, I'm having trouble with this time change too! I'm ready for bed when I get home. On the up side when I have to be up at five am, it's a bit easier.

Mama, I know you don't miss the Tucky drama, but I'm curious to see how this will play out.

Seems like each of us has our struggles. I'm glad that each one of you is here. I'm here because I find comfort in the fact that I am not alone in this struggle. Nora, it's hard for me to post on the days I work, I just don't have the time or privacy.

Nora I hate the dentist...I go for cleaning tomorrow and the one darn tooth that gives me fits is giving me fits. I have already spent money on root canal and crown so if it is toast I want them to pull it...and I totally hate the thought of that too....back tooth and I wont really miss it but the ordeal is giving me cold chills......BOOHISS.....
Off to bed and I am sleepy from all the work at the gym and the garden....

Morning all
I came home and crashed after eating...I had a terrible sinus headache....we had steaks, btw.
I have a business meeting tonight so it will be a long day.
Nora- you haven't chased anyone off. There will be confrontation, and some people can let it go and others can't. Pauly, Reccie and Zen are loved members here. They know they are welcome to come back and I hope they do.
I texted with Nursie several times yesterday. She is a pistol!! She was in a lot of pain and calling her nurse a "bitch"....it made me laugh that she's so feisty. Her husband is with her and she has lots of support on FB.
I hate the time change too....in the door and straight to bed! Hubs and I fight to stay awake.

Ok so while I was away what happened with zen and reccie? I miss them!
Fen, the home office thing seems to be working out. His landlord wants a ton of money from hubs, which is quite unsettling. We feel we do not owe it, plus he never returned the security deposit. The landlord is a lawyer and I fear this will not end in our favor. I have such a knot in my stomach. How is your mom btw?
Dottie, your weather headed our way. Brrrr!
Off to go Christmas shopping. My coworkers dad is very sick in Costa Rica. She is going to see him, I don't know for how long, so I will be busy at work, ugh!

Nora - no one has driven anyone away - folk can choose to come and post or not - I have that choice and sometimes I wonder about the not - but usually end up coming back anyway - it is nothing that any one person does - we are all big girls and boys and can take responsibility for that. All of us here are going through stuff - some more than others, granted, but we all have our own stuff going on. YOU are not responsible for everyone here ......:heartbeat:

Oh Lizann - that is so wrong about the rent and the money that your landlord wants - and as you say, if he is a lawyer, you are sort of stuck .... but why is he saying you owe money? Laughed at you going Christmas shopping - is Christmas soon then ? LOL

Our weather this morning was frigid ! We are forecast snow this weekend but I do not think we will have much if any ....

No Fen - hubs has never bought me an iron for a pressie - but it is the old thing isn't it that hubs often get wives things like that thinking they would like them - although he does know what type of iron I use ! I have no idea how much snow blowers are even - plus it is good exercise for us to shovel.....

Morning all,
My tooth is giving me fits....dentist at 2 so hopefully she can give me some antibiotics then we can decide if it should be pulled and when. No dental insurance and dh get the crown tomorrow so that was money we didnt count on spending...always some damn thing...
Nice to relax and not run out the door this morning.
Tell Nursie I am thinking about her too and those damn HMO's are awful....but what choice do we have..I am just glad I have insurance at this time....too young for medicare and all...
COLD here...I had on my warm coat, gloves and scarf this morning to take doggies out to pee.....bbbbrrrrrrrrrrr

Mama I had to laugh at your safety video comment. We have a huge conference room that I sit next to and our Safety Officer gives classes to every department in the city, I guarantee I know how to drive a forklift by now! LOL My favorite is when it's the Fire Department's turn...all the guys come in and I get to give them a real good looking over...but usually they get a call and have to go running out the door. Then the Safety Officer looks at me and goes "was it something I said?" LOL

Nursie has been in my thoughts, I hope she recovers well, which I'm sure she will. I'm glad she's as feisty as ever, that's a good sign!

I had dinner at my parents last night...I told them that tomorrow I plan to lounge around in my pajamas all day so please leave me alone...lol... (it's my Friday off!). I know they don't want me to fall into a depressed funk, but I really don't think I will. I am giving Sierra her space and she texts me ALL the time.

I will finish up Season 3 of Game of Thrones then back to Sons of Anarchy...then what? Any suggestions? I have 3 days to fill!

Hope everyone has a great Thursday...we have a 1% chance of rain! YAY.

Nursie is a rock star.....she let all the nurses see her scars and they loved her. I told her a kick ass happy attitude will save her. Poor me, wah, wah will make it worse. She starts chemo in three weeks.
