4 inches of snow and still snowing....double boohiss...
Not going to gym. They haven't plowed our street or the side streets. So we will just hide in the house today.
It is pretty to look at but I would rather have 70 and sunshine.....

Oh Pauly - I can totally relate to how you are feeling. I spent all weekend in emo mode. One minute I'd be fine then the next minute I can't believe Sierra doesn't live there anymore. It's like things will NEVER be the same. Sure, she'll come visit, but it won't be like it used to be. I am faithfully taking my AB because being drunk won't make anything easier. I felt really really sad yesterday because on Sunday's we'd go get fast food and come home and watch something together while we ate. Plus I think my parents are disappointed in me, I haven't been doing the "church" thing lately. I just don't want to pretend to be happy.
Mama - Thanks for checking in on me all weekend. I really, really do need an activity. I guess the gym is calling my name. Even a little exercise does help mentally.
Well I am a downer today, sorry everyone. Will try to perk up and come back later.

Prettty quiet weekend..but I think Grant has the flu. He is pitiful right now.
We are trying to figure out holiday plans and I am already getting frustrated.........family.....grrrrrr
off to write a report...I have my earbuds in and I am listed to 80's big hair bands...."Pour Some Sugar on Me".......good for motivation....

Morning everyone - yes Dottie - it is really quiet here isn't it? And what is going on with the allergies - both you and Pauly and me with hives yesterday - really odd seeing as the temps are so cold. Pauly - hope you feel better soon and I agree with Dottie - what problems are you having with the Fitbit ? They all wiped the floor with me last week - hopefully this week I can get my act together a tad !!

Sorry you had so much snow Dottie - ours is still around but the roads are all totally clear thank goodness. Now it is just this bitter cold that we have to contend with! SO cold this morning - 12 degrees right now - ridiculous ! I really feel for all the critters out there - and we still haven't got our heated birdbath sorted - we MUST do that today! I shall leave a note for hubs seeing as I am working this morning ....

Pauly, I have been taking the Rhodiola but have been taking it for at least a week now so don't think that could cause the hives - they started again yesterday evening but just one or two - I have no idea what is causing them!

Really happy to see you back here pauly - I have missed you .... sorry about your missing Bobbi - both you and K9 are having a hard time with missing the kids .....

I have no time this morning - I have been using hubs alarm clock as mine broke and his goes off when it wants to - set it for 5.00 and it went off at 5.30! Which is no big deal but really cuts my time in the mornings .... I have a new one coming - a wind up old fashioned one !!

Have a great day everyone and all of us having this frigid cold - try and keep warm - Dots, happy for you that you do not have to go out in it !!

Hey all,it's not so much the fitbit itself,it's the app,this morning it said it was down for maintenance and i can't get it to get past the screen that says"device found"may just hafta do it on the computer,grrr,it's cold here,i know nothing compared to what Dots is having,but for wimpy Vegas people it's freezing,Sunshine,is the rhodeola helping?i know i spelled it wrong but to lazy to fix it haha,that's one of the supps i have but haven't taken it,does it make you jittery?anxious?give me some info please,the 5 htp i was taking just doesn't do shit anymore,it used to help with sleep,now nada,it used to help me feel good in the mornings,now no go,hi Mama,seen your pics the other day from the 90's of the kids,they grow up waaay too fast! even Louie doesn't seem babyish anymore,he looks like a real little boyalrighty,let's get this day started and done

Morning all,
15 degrees here....this is just crazy for November but nothing we can do about it.
Have an informational meeting today about dads medical insurance. They are changing it of course and raising the price. We are just getting by with his pension to cover his meds, insurance and the nursing home.....not sure if hubbs and I would ever be able to afford this....there are NO pensions any more for folks so we have to rely on SS and investments....not a pretty picture but we live modestly..
Hope we ALL get over whatever the allergy thing is...maybe allergic to cold weather???

Sorry everyone is sick, I had a bit of a sinus/allergy flare-up on Saturday myself. Supposed to rain here tonight...we can hope!!! lease:

I am slowly but surely adjusting to life as the old single dog lady (instead of cat lady...lol). Speaking of dogs, I can't believe I have never told Dottie how amazed I am by her fostering and loving all those dogs...I WISH I could do more for dogs in need, anything at all. Anyways, you are a wonderful person for doing that! :heartbeat:

Nothing new to report here. Went to bed with a book at 7:30 last night, woke up when the book hit me in the forehead because I had fallen asleep. LOL

Is 'tucky due back at work tomorrow Mama?
