Hi Everyone!
I guess I have recovered from my toilet incident. It was more like you described Pauly, the seat "slides" and normally I'm ready for it, but I guess I was sleep walking and when it shifted I just lost all control. LOL Hey, isn't the President supposed to be in your neck of the woods today?
I left work at 10:30 yesterday cuz I had the junk in my head, not sure if it was a cold or sinuses, my sister has been sick for 2 weeks with crud.
I hope Mama is feeling better, she took a sick day yesterday I think...and it's about time too! I've learned in all my years of working that you don't prove anything by going in sick so you might as well stay home! Anyways, hope you're better my love Mama!
I took 5HTP one time and it made me throw up. Maybe the dose was too strong, and my stomach was empty or whatever, but I never took it again. They are in capsules so I couldn't really cut them in half.
Pauly - I don't need a Fitbit to confirm that I am a fat/lazy ass. LOL
Well Sierra has been gone almost 2 weeks. I still get all teary eyed when I look at her room, or I see stuff she left behind like her body sprays and stuff, then I put it on and it smells like her then I really get sad. Why do I do that to myself? Her little nutty chihuahua has forgiven me. I don't know how that 4 pound dog has managed to take over my bed.
Well I guess I'm rambling. I am so glad it's Friday even though I missed almost 2 days this week. And I am off at 4...yipeeee.

I thought I replied already ...... hhmmmm. I was sure I had ...... Hmmm. Well - maybe I thought I had ? How odd. I did go to the gym this morning - had a 7.30 with the trainer so my morning was not it's usual routine at all. And hubs was snoring at 2.00 and finally I 'patted' him on the back and wailed 'snoring, snoring snoring' so he very kindly went on the sofa so I finally got to sleep .... anyway - maybe I didn't post? If I did it isn't here is it ? Sun - STOP WAFFLING !!!!

Okay - well, Dottie - glad that you had a good time with your dad at the nursing home and I did laugh at the lady that was going to visit with him in his room - I am sure that there are way more ladies than men in those places! Sorry about your hair being too short on the sides - if it really bugs you, you could always get extensions .... probably way more hassle than it would be worth though.

Pauly - I am fine thanks - really. The Rhodiola just takes the edge of things and allows me to deal with the other stuff in my life - it really is good stuff I think. I prefer the New Chapter 300 but couldn't get that this time so had to get a different one but it seems to be working as well - I am also using a happy light too. Plus I had an appt with my therapist and I think between all three things, they cheered me up! I just wish I could take the AB and not have it make me feel poorly.

My house smells funny and I don't know why. Not nice either - I walked in this morning and it just has a strange smell in it. Cannot find it in any one room - but it isn't a nice smell !!

Pauly - sorry about the horrid dream - at least it must have been good to wake up and know it was a dream! We are not getting the rain until Saturday and Sunday - 50% chance tomorrow then 100% chance Sunday. And temps in the 50's ! Wow....

MB - hope you are feeling better - in fact I hope all you sickies are feeling better - oh and K9 - have you replaced that bolt in your loo seat yet ? Might be a good idea to do so - don't you think :welldone:

Lizann - I read somewhere that if your vet is always busy that it is a good sign ..... it means they are good .... glad it all went well yesterday anyway! That was a nice thing to do re the calendar for your parents -

Okay - I am just procrastinating now - I MUST go and start painting. the furniture has been out of this room for two months ..... LOL

K9, i torture myself like that tooBobbi left some stuff behing,plus gave us some of her old stuff and i pick it up and feel sad,i think whatever this sickness that's going around lingers,all the guys at hubs' work have been sick too,it starts off as dizzy,tired then morphs into sinus crud,yep Obama in zee house,which means traffic will be f-ed up,good thing 99 cents is across the street haha,hey i was gonna ask how your hair is growing out?Dots was talking about hers and i got to thinking about yours,you should post a pic,just got done off the ex bike and had a smoke,makes sense right?duh,oooh taco bell is officially serving lunch,later gators

Pauly - My hair is FINALLY growing out....when I look at pictures of how short the sides were...yikes! I will try to update a photo when I look decent enough to take a selfie. HA
I used to wear hear extensions (clip ons)...they actually looked pretty good, but now my real hair is a different color than the extensions, and I prefer the color of the extensions! I use this crazy wire hair massager thingy that I got for $1 and it stimulates your scalp, I use it every night and I think it helped my hair grow fast, plus I take biotin.

Hi there - I have texted MB - am waiting for a reply ..... I quit with the vape Pauly and it was SO easy I cannot tell you how easy it was ..... I do still have the vape and keep it charged just in case I want a puff but have not had a puff for months .....it was incredible - I still cannot believe it. Back to the painting - I am so stupid - got up there and poured the paint into the roller thingie and then realised I had no paint brush to cut in with !! STUPID !!!! I then remembered that I had one in the freezer - so all was not lost!! Will let you know if I hear from MB ....


Edit .....She just texted me and as I just saw that K9 had posted - she is sick ..... I told her to get lots of rest and push the fluids !!

I have just walked paint all through the house - from upstairs to down darn it !! I used to enjoy decorating but don't much any more - it would ne nice if someone - ANYONE would help but hubs does not do decorating ! I have always done it - but am getting fed up with doing it alone .....

MB - you are sweet to come and post but get your butt back to bed ......

Sun - Yes I read your earlier post about fixing my loo! It's been like that for quiet a while, the one in Sierra's old bathroom does that too....does that just happen to cheap toilets or something??
