Hey everyone .... I am here ! I cannot remember if I posted this morning - gosh I really am getting old aren't I ? I suppose I could look back ......

Just got back from the doc - I have a rotator cuff injury darn it ..... it has been bothering me for 4-5 weeks and was NOT going away. Hate getting stuff like that wrong with me. He also said that I hadn't had any blood work since 2011 so has put some in to be done .... Ho hum.

Dottie - didn't you see my post where I said I had lost all my basil and all my flowers 'cos of the frost?

Fen - did you get the e-mail I sent ?

Laughed about the animals and the time change - yesterday evening at 10 to 5, the dogs were really pestering - then it dawned on me - we usually feed them at 5 - in their heads it was 10 to 6 so they were being really good ..... and as for the mornings, they are really bothering us at 5.00 - which is 6.00 in their heads - again, really good ....and as I get up at 5.00 that is fine.

Did you Nora, and you Dottie get the recipe link? Why is no one responding to any of my e-mails and Pm's ???? I am beginning to feel invisible.

Not sure why u didnt get it and I always respond to PM's...and nope I totally missed the post about the basil or it was a senior moment and forgot...getting old too...we are the same age I think...you are NOT invisible....I do respond....maybe they fell off the internet turnip truck...

If you mean "nobody needs this" as in we don't need to hear about it, you are wrong girlie! You vent away. I've been whining and crying about Sierra for 2 weeks now and she hasn't even left yet...wait until she actually goes!!! She has been going "out" every night saying goodbye to various people, so my nights are spent alone anyway, I hate to say this...but maybe it ain't gonna be too bad! Sometimes I feel guilty that in a small, teeny-tiny way I am looking forward to it. Ok I will probably get struck by lightning for saying that. LOL

Mama I just sent you a test PM, I clicked on your picture and then a "send message" link was an option. Now you should see at the top of your screen that you have a "notification"??

Okay - Jan - to set up the PM thing - go to settings (top right hand of page) and then go to Private messaging - scroll down and it will show you a variety of different things - one of which is show new PM's as pop up....

Dottie -no, I didn't get a response to my e-mail - sorry -----

MB - nobody commented about you going crazy 'cos we all know that you ARE crazy ...... (sorry - could not resist!!!), but we love you anyway!! Sorry you are feeling like that and yes it could be hormones - been there and done that ..... SIGH. And Reccy might just be busy - you know he often goes for a few days without posting .....

And Pauly - why will you stop posting if Reccy does ? Are the rest of us not friends enough for you ? I am sorry about the Portland thing - having had two girls leave home I DO understand - it is hard - but we have to let them go - we 'grow' them to do that !! We know that we have done a good job when they feel that are able to do that !!!!

I am not in the right frame of mind to keep posting right now .....or else I will also say I will not post any more and that is totally wrong .....I have just had a bad day .

Sorry K9 - saw MB's post before I saw yours ...... I am not leaving - but am not having a good day - as I said - shoulder is killing me and am fed up with it .....I hate anything that cannot be fixed easily - LOL...... laugh that you think me being here will help keep you sane .......

Oh and Mama, I started Game of Thrones, got through Season 1 already and yes I love Tyrios or whatever his name is (the imp). I also have a crush on Jack Snow. I have to say the men of the Tudors are better looking, but Game of Thrones is still very mesmerizing.
